This sealing ring is made of special materials that are resistant to high temperatures and wear, and can easily cope with the high temperature environment during the operation of the hot melt glue machine (with a temperature tolerance of over 200 ℃). At the same time, it can resist the wear and tear caused by long-term immersion of the glue and mechanical friction, and its service life is extended by more than 50% compared to ordinary sealing rings.

After installation, the connection is firm and not easy to fall off.
Hot Melt Glue Machine 5 Gallon Seal Ring General selection and maintenance tips
Material selection: Confirm the composition of the adhesive (such as whether it contains acid, alkali, solvents) and working temperature to avoid swelling or cracking.
Replacement cycle: Depending on the frequency of use, typically 5-gallon seals are replaced more frequently (such as 3-6 months), while 55 gallon seals can last for 1-2 years.
Installation precautions: Clean the contact surface of the bucket mouth to avoid impurities affecting the seal; Apply a small amount of silicone grease to extend its lifespan.
Material: High temperature resistant polyurethane (PU), fluororubber (FKM) or silicone are usually used, which can withstand the chemical corrosion and high temperature of polyurethane hot melt adhesive (common temperature range -20 ℃ to 200 ℃).
Sealing: The high elasticity design ensures the sealing of small containers during frequent opening and closing, preventing air from entering and causing oxidation of the rubber material or moisture infiltration.
Size adaptation: Accurately match the 5-gallon barrel mouth size (such as a standard diameter of about 8-10 inches), with optional flat washer or O-ring structure.
